Tobias Duke, MBA, is the Founder and Owner of TDuke Music & Consulting. A versatile leader whose career spans high-level theatrical production and corporate brand strategy, he holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leading Organizational Change and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Castleton University, graduating summa cum laude. With this dual expertise, Tobias moves easily between the boardroom and the stage, bringing advanced operational insight to creative spaces and innovative strategy to corporate environments.
As a prominent theatrical leader in the regional arts ecosystem, Tobias serves as the Musical Theater Program Director for Blackstone Valley Music, where he is music directing their milestone inaugural production of RENT: School Edition. His extensive New England credits as a music director and conductor include regional productions of The Sound of Music, Grease, Matilda, The Prom, Heathers, and Mamma Mia. Beyond the theater, he is the Staff Accompanist for Concord-Carlisle High School’s choral ensembles, Director of Music Ministry at Immanuel Lutheran Church, and an active private educator at Blackstone Valley Music, Needham Music, and within the Walpole Public Schools.
On the consulting side, Tobias leverages over eight years of corporate experience in strategic communications, brand architecture, and arts administration. He previously served as Communications Manager for Youth Enrichment Brands—the parent portfolio overseeing School of Rock, US Sports Camps, i9 Sports, and SafeSplash Swim Schools—where he designed integrated communication frameworks that amplified visibility and cross-organizational alignment. Through his corporate background and artistic leadership, Tobias helps individual performers and entire organizations clarify their messaging, streamline operations, and reach their highest potential.
